INNO-Pouch 2026 demonstrates in a practical way how modern stand-up pouches can be made future-proof. As the only conference of its kind in Europe, it directly links recyclable materials with state-of-the-art production. The focus is on the three keywords from the conference title: Digital, Compliant, Tight.

Digital: Digitalisation is transforming the entire value chain. We’ll be exploring flexible digital printing for smaller print runs and short lead times. You’ll also learn how artificial intelligence (AI) is already influencing purchasing decisions today. Production is becoming smarter too: data-driven sealing (digital sealing) enables seamless, real-time quality monitoring.

Compliant: Sustainability requires legal certainty. Experts will demonstrate practical solutions for the new PPWR and the Digital Product Passport. You’ll learn first-hand how digital tools make legal requirements and the recyclability of packaging transparent and manageable.

Tight: Maximum leak-tightness and product protection are the focus of the technical implementation. The focus is on high-performance mono-materials (PE and PP), sustainable adhesives and innovative retort applications. Leading experts will explain how these recyclable films run flawlessly on modern packaging lines and can be sealed reliably using ultrasound or heat.

A particular highlight of the conference in Barcelona: the unique opportunity to take an exclusive tour of the HP Digital Pouch Factory on site. Here, you can watch the entire process live, from printing and lamination right through to the final assembly of the pouches. Experience real-world case studies at the heart of the industry and explore new business models using pouches. This unique European conference offers you the ideal platform for strategic benchmarking and valuable industry contacts.
